Inclusions

3 hours shopping
Lunch at a DFO cafe
Travel to and from the event including a private group bus (departing at 10.00 am from Warragul Station and 2.30 pm from DFO)
Support worker assistance

Date and Time

Thursday 20 June 2024, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm (private group bus departure time 10.00 am at Warragul Station and 2.30 pm from DFO arriving back at Warragul Station at 4.00 pm)

Costs

This event can be NDIS funded.

The cost with all inclusions is $785.64* (excluding provider travel)

*Charges cover all inclusions, 1:1 social support and administration charges under 04_102_0136_6_1 however excludes provider travel which is $1.00 per/km under 04_799_0136_1 and activiy travel at 1.00 per/km 04_591_0136_6_1 which is charged pro rata per participant
